Return Policy

We accept unworn, undamaged, or defective products for exchange or refund within 14 days of the ship date. Please email us at info@laapricite.com to request a return.

Sale items are Final Sale and are not eligible for exchange or return. 

The original shipping fee is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We will provide the return shipping label if requested. A $7 restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.

If for any reason, the jewelry arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, kindly contact us at info@laapricite.com within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.*

We accept returns of products shipped within the United States and Canada only.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or not as described so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.
